Returns Policy

1. All returns must be accompanied by a cash register receipt. No exceptions can be made, so please be sure to hang onto your receipt after you make a purchase.
2. Goods that are deemed by us to be faulty will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
3. All goods returned must be in re-sellable condition. Goods must be returned in their complete and original packaging. Any Course materials sealed in plastic must remain unopened.
4. New books and other materials must be unmarked and in re-sellable, new condition (no writing, dirt, highlighting, creases, stains, bent or worn corners, or other damage). Compact discs and products containing computer disks in sealed compartments must be returned unopened.
5. Non-returnable items:
 
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for the following items at any time:
• Special orders and any items marked "Final Sale" or "No Refunds Allowed"
• All Sale items
• Merchandise purchased under promotional offers
• Shrink-wrapped packages that have been opened
• CDs, CD-ROMs, and computer software – Return to supplier
• Calculators, medical instruments, and medical supplies
• Custom published materials
• All test prep books
These services do not affect your statutory rights, and the Bookshop retains its right to refuse returns and exchanges at its discretion.
